The conference includes a session on the Eat, Sleep and Console model of care, facilitated by clinicians trained by the Dartmouth/Yale group. The theme of the conference is “life matters” and will include presentations by:

Judge Ellen Skinner, President of the Children’s Court, Prenatal drug exposure and the Children’s Court system.

Prof Nicholas Lintzeris, Senior Staff Specialist, Drug and Alcohol Services, Langton Centre Surry Hills, Medicinal Cannabis, pregnancy and Childhood.

CICADA team SCHN, Understanding and managing the impact of prenatal alcohol exposure on the child and family 

Dr Stacy Blythe, Nurse researcher and foster carer and Ms Jess Doumany, mum of Billy, PhD student at UNSW and Board Member of NUAA (Narcotics Users Anonymous of Australia), on lived experience

Public transport: Royal Hospital for Women (L2 to Randwick stop); Prince Henry Centre (390X bus).
