The Royal Hospital for Women has performed two uterine transplants, including Australia's first uterine transplant on the 10th of January 2023. 

Please join us for a free online information session for anyone wanting to know more about the uterus transplant study and clinical trial. 

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Rebecca Deans, esteemed surgeon and recipient of the prestigious NSW Woman of the Year 2023 award, will be our distinguished keynote speaker.
Dr. Deans holds the distinction of being the first surgeon in Australia to successfully conduct a uterine transplant. The event will be moderated by Dr Neil Kiely and assisted by Dr Brigitte Gerstl.
