Funding Request Submission

REQUEST FOR EQUIPMENT, PROGRAM AND RESEARCH SUPPORT

Our mission is to enable The Royal Hospital for Women to provide exceptional medical care to women and babies of NSW and improve their health outcomes. 

We do this by funding the best medical equipment, innovative research, people and programs for The Royal.

As staff of The Royal we encourage you to share your needs so we can support improvements in clinical care and patient experience. By submitting your request for support we will review in with the Hospital Executive and seek confirmation of this request with the relevant department head. On confirmation of inclusion as a wish list item, we will seek funding through donations, community fundraisings, events, trusts and foundations or corporate donations.

Please ensure you consult with your Department Head before submitting a request - requests that have not been approved by Department Heads will not be considered for funding.

You will not be sent a copy of your submission; please ensure you have saved a copy of the responses you have entered above for your own reference. Your request will be considered within the Foundation's funding priorities and presented to the Hospital Executive at our regular meetings. Funding decisions are based on Executive-level prioritisation and availability of funds. Thank you for providing your input.
